EIPS Brand Identity

Consistent use of the Elk Island Public Schools (EIPS) brand helps people easily recognize the Division. As such, it’s important all materials with EIPS branding include the correct standards. The following guide details how to meet those standards. EIPS schools and departments, media and external partners should review the "EIPS Brand Identity Guide" before applying the logo and tagline or creating any EIPS associated materials. The logo and tagline files are also available for download below.

 NOTE: Contact Communications Services prior to using any EIPS branding.

The EIPS Logo Graphics include the standard logo and the tagline in the following formats:

  • JPG – For general use in documents, such as Microsoft Word
  • Vector (EPS) – For projects requiring scalable artwork, such as promotional items 
  • PNG – For a transparent background, no white box, when inserted into a document 

Preview programs may not work for EPS and PNG files. If this is the case, refer to the JPG file with the same title.

TIP: When placing a JPG or PNG file into Microsoft Word make sure to "insert" the graphic rather then "copying and pasting" it. Choose Insert; Picture; and then select the file name.
