Kindergarten Calendar 2025-26

The 2025-26 kindergarten calendar is now available. With the change to the Division calendar to include a weekly early dismissal day for students to provide time for staff collaboration each Wednesday, the days of the week for kindergarten Calendar A and Calendar B will be different in 2025-26.

Kindergarten calendar (2025-26) - both Schedule A and Schedule B dates are included on the same PDF

Schedule A - attends school on Mondays, Thursdays and select Wednesdays
Schedule B - attends school on Tuesdays, Fridays and select Wednesdays

Registration 2025-26

Kindergarten registration for 2025-26 will open at 9 a.m. on Feb. 1, 2025. To be eligible to attend kindergarten in the 2025-26 school year, your child must have turned five years old on or before Dec. 31, 2025.

Registration 2024-25

Kindergarten registration for the 2024-25 school year is open! To be eligible to attend kindergarten in the 2024-25 school year, your child must have turned five years old on or before Dec. 31, 2024.

Requesting to attend a non-designated school?

Kindergarten students may request to attend a non-designated school by indicating their preference during the registration process.

Some schools in the Division have closed boundaries and therefore will not accept registrations from students who live outside their designated attendance area.
