Students displaced from their homes because of wildfires throughout Alberta are welcome at Elk Island Public Schools (EIPS). We are here to provide support and assistance in any way we can during these challenging times. 

Student Registration
If you have arrived in one of our EIPS communities—Sherwood Park, Fort Saskatchewan, Lamont County (Andrew, Bruderheim, Lamont, and Mundare), or Vegreville—from an evacuation area and want to register your child in an EIPS school, we are here to assist.

Step 1: Use our Find my Designated School tool to locate the neighbourhood school for your relocated address.

Step 2: Contact the school to ask about registration and let them know the exact address of where you are staying. Our school staff can provide assistance with the registration process.
