The EIPS Board of Trustees utilizes electronic Board Meeting packages. With a focus on environment stewardship throughout the Division, this approach is one more way in which EIPS can decrease the amount of paper used on a regular basis. Electronic meeting packages also assist in the regular, transparent sharing of Division information with the community, as complete Board packages are posted on the Division website.

Board packages are posted two and a half days prior to each Board Meeting. Occasional delays may occur due to technical problems or statutory holidays, but the Division makes every effort to post the information as soon as possible. Posted Board agendas and packages are subject to change.

EIPS invites interested parents, staff and community members to browse through the information to see what will be discussed at each meeting. Community and media guests attending the public Board Meetings will also use the electronic file to follow along during the meeting. Please bring your personal device to the meeting to access the document. Guest WiFi login information will be provided.

The various sections and agenda items within each Board package are bookmarked in the PDF to assist viewers in easily navigating the file. Refer to the instructions for additional information and assistance about accessing the file on your desktop/laptop computer or mobile device.
