If circumstances exist where you are unable to pay your child's transportation/school fees, you can apply to have certain fees waived using the fee waiver application form.

Due to postal disruptions, we recommend using the electronic form above or hand-delivering your application to Central Services at 683 Wye Road, Sherwood Park. 

You only need to apply once. List all students in your application, and if eligible, your waiver will be applied to all applicable transportation and school fees.

Allow three weeks for your application to be processed. 

The application deadline is Dec. 16, 2024. If you are new to EIPS, you have 45 days from the date of registration to apply for the waiver. No applications will be accepted after this time.

If parents/guardians are not eligible to have fees waived, payment arrangements may be made with the school’s administration and/or the Director of Student Transportation.
