Returning Student Registration 2024-25

The 2024-25 returning student registration process for all current EIPS students will take place Feb. 8-21, 2024. Families who apply to attend a non-designated school will be advised of the outcome at the end of February.

On February 8, current EIPS families will receive a Returning Student Registration 2024-25 form via Permission Click. No log in is required to complete the form.

All current PALS to Grade 11 students in EIPS must complete the returning student registration process—whether they're continuing at the same school or moving to a new school next year:

  • if you'd like your child to attend your designated school next year;
  • if you'd like to apply to have your child attend a non-designated school next year; or
  • if your child will not return to EIPS next year.

Applying to a non-designated school:

To be considered for enrolment in a non-designated school or program in the upcoming school year, families must make that request during the returning student registration process. Acceptance at a requested non-designated school is based on available space. Some EIPS schools have closed boundaries because of high enrolment numbers and are not accepting registrations from non-designated students. Closed boundaries for the 2024-25 school year will be determined by early January.

NOTE: All requests to attend a specific school or program for returning students in grades 1-12 must be completed during the returning student registration process to be considered for the next school year. The only exception: Students who move into the Division from outside the geographic area, or another community within the Division, following the deadline. The Division will contact all families who apply to attend a non-designated school to advise of the outcome at the end of February.
