Sent to all families with uncompleted forms

Thank you to all those who’ve already submitted a returning student registration form for 2025-26.

We’re receiving calls to clarify some of the information families are seeing on the summary and review page, so we wanted to provide an update.

As you’re completing the form, you’ll see your child’s expected grade, school and program at the top of the main form page. This information is pre-populated from PowerSchool. After inputting your answers and clicking next, the summary and review page is intended to display that same pre-populated information at the top, but there’s a glitch in the form preventing the information from displaying properly. Families are seeing “no answer” beside these fields rather than the same information they saw on the previous screen.

Please be assured your information and answers are being captured correctly when you submit the form. This is just an issue with the Permission Click form not properly displaying the data again on the second screen. If the information and your answers are correct on the first page of the form where you are submitting your answers, that is the data within our system and what will be captured in your form submission.
