Dear Elk Island Public Schools families,

New and returning student registration for the 2025-26 school year will take place in February. To help families prepare and make informed decisions during the registration process, Elk Island Public Schools (EIPS) has put together a Guide to Registration 2025-26. The guide includes information about schools, programs, key dates, school open houses and program information sessions planned throughout the registration season.

Key Registration Dates

• February 1 at 9 a.m.
  New student registration opens—including kindergarten registration
• February 10-24
  Returning student registration will open. Families will receive the returning student registration form link from Permission Click between 9 a.m. and noon on February 10.

The Division offers a variety of alternative programs in kindergarten to Grade 12. Many programs will host information sessions in the coming weeks for interested families—new and returning—to learn more about the program details.

Planning for senior high?
To help grades 8 and 9 families make an informed decision about senior high, EIPS is hosting a Division high school information night:

• January 13 | 6-8 p.m.
