Sherwood Park, AB. — Students and their family members from around the region are invited to attend Your Future: Post-Secondary and Career Fair on October 19. The in-person event is free and open to students in grades 9 through 12.

Your Future is a post-secondary and career fair that brings together a variety of universities, colleges, polytechnics, private schools and sector experts in one place. Throughout the evening, participating students and family members can meet with representatives from some of the top post-secondary institutions in Canada, ask questions, talk to experts from different career sectors, learn about career trends and much more.

“An event like Your Future is about exposing students to the possibilities around them,” says Kristin Oleksyn, a Career Pathways Consultant at EIPS. “Whether the student has a transition pathway planned or is just starting to consider what a potential career path might look like, bringing a variety of career and educational opportunities together can help them gather information to make a more informed decision.”
